Dylan Neilsen
Dylan founded CMPLTE to build an accounting firm that does more than lodge the return. He's a strategic thinker, quick to see where a business could be heading and decisive about getting it there. Clients come to him for direction as much as compliance, the conversation about what happens next, not just what happened last year.
Ruby Dowling
Ruby is the one who remembers the detail, the deadline, the context, the conversation from last quarter. She works with a broad mix of businesses and brings the same warmth and organisation to each of them, making sure nothing slips through the gaps.
Stephanie Neilsen
Steph keeps CMPLTE running. She manages the firm's operations and systems, leads its marketing and website, and looks after the firm's client experience. She also serves as CMPLTE's AML/CTF Compliance Officer. Practical and quick to adapt, she's the one who spots the problem early and has usually solved it before it reaches anyone else.
Oscar Sharpe
Oscar is the newest member of the CMPLTE team and is currently studying accounting. He brings fresh thinking and a genuine appetite to learn, and he's quick to pick up whatever is put in front of him. Oscar works alongside the wider team across a range of client engagements.
